Arrival: Teen and sponsor should arrive 30 minutes before Mass and be ready to check in at the social hall 20 minutes before Mass.
Dress: For Candidates and Sponsors
You will be presenting yourselves to the bishop. In order to honor this moment, you should dress appropriately and with modesty.
Gentlemen, please wear the following:
¨ Dress pants with a belt
¨ Dress shoes with socks
¨ Collared dress shirt, tucked in
¨ Necktie
¨ Jacket (optional)
Ladies, please wear the following:
¨ Modest dress or Modest skirt and blouse or Nice pants suit
¨ With dress shoes (no flip flops)
¨ YOUR SKIRT MUST BE TO YOUR KNEE OR LONGER WHEN SEATED
¨ No short skirts
¨ TOPS/DRESSES MUST HAVE SLEEVES - Nothing strapless or spaghetti straps. If you have a sleeveless dress or blouse you must wear a sweater over it
¨ No low or plunging neck lines; bare backs or bare midriffs
